This is how our nightmare began...................
Having found this Celebrity Homes LLC sign in front of a house we liked we asked our real estate agent to set up a tour. This would be the beginning of the worst experience of our lives.
We were driving around looking for houses for sale when we came upon a house that we liked with this sign in the driveway.
The iron front door was leaking from multiple areas. Whenever it rained the foyer filled with water. We advised Celebrity Homes LLC of this problem.

As a result of our advising Celebrity Homes LLC of this leaking door, this is the repair that followed. This door was repaired with a shiny goop substance. This substance has been placed on the inside and outside of this door in most of the cracks. It looks ridiculous and is coming off. This door leaks liked a sieve and should be replaced. It will not be long before it will be leaking again.

We advised Celebrity Homes LLC that we had water pooling in the backyard. The level would vary and we were concerned that we had a leak. Shortly after advising Celebrity Homess LLC of the water issue from we found that Celebrity Homes LLC had caused the pooling water area to be filled with rocks rather than diagnosing the problem. We learned at that time that the builder owned the landscaping company too.

Even when the rain outside is light the foyer would fill up quickly with water that has leaked in from all the various cracks in the iron door.

When you are in need of repairs you are required to contact Colleen Marotta (via email), Robert Ryan's daughter.  Apparently Robert Ryan then decides if and who will make said repair.  Each and every time that we were in need of repairs was an unpleasant experience.
